APAC's 510 and 530 are the installers choice for vinyl composition tile (VCT) installations. ECOlogical 539 is our solvent free clear thin spread adhesive. They have outstanding grab, strong initial tack that stays tacky for hours, and excellent take time. Their translucent formula dries rapidly to a thin, clear film that allows chalk lines to be visible making 
installation easier. The thin film eliminates unsightly oozing between tiles and helps avoid telegraphed ridges. They also features ECOPROTEK® total antimicrobial protection. They are compatible with most thoroughly cured asphalt adhesives and can be used to install tiles over old cutback. (See Technician Note #006 for recommended procedure.)

VM-508 Ultra Premium Clear Thin Spread Adhesive
ECOlogical VM-508 Ultra Premium Clear Thin Spread Adhesive is specifically designed for the installation of vinyl composition tile. Its solvent-free formula contains ECOPROTEK® total antimicrobial protection. VM-508 can be used where other adhesives might present potential health risks making it suitable for office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, restaurants and nursing homes.
VM-508 can be used over concrete slabs with a pH of less than 9.0 and vapor emission rates less than 8 lbs. per ASTM 1869, or with relative humidity less than 90% per ASTM F2170 without any further remediation. It dries to a thin, semi-transparent film that allows chalk lines to be visible making installation easier. The thin film application helps to avoid adhesive ridge telegraphing. VM-508 has a limited ten-year bond warranty.
